THE STAND
DOGE VS. DEBT
The Incredible American Debt
Owe no man nothing, says the scripture.
The fact remains, however, that every single American is in debt, EVERY ONE OF US. Every day of every month, we owe someone something — be it a phone bill, electric bill, or credit card debt. To live reasonably in this world, debt seems unavoidable.
Understanding Manageable Debt
The scripture warns against debts we cannot repay. Mortgages, for instance, are structured debts paid over decades. As long as payments are timely, this debt remains manageable. But when debt becomes unpayable, especially with accruing interest, it becomes a heavy burden — mortgaging our future and limiting our present.
The National Debt Crisis
Our country now faces an unbelievable debt of:
$36 TRILLION DOLLARS
The interest alone on this debt amounts to:
$1.3 TRILLION DOLLARS ANNUALLY
The Impact on American Households
Each American household carries roughly $275,000 of this debt, and each taxpayer owes around $110,000. This staggering burden highlights the kind of debt scripture warns against — debt that grows beyond control.
The Looming Financial Reckoning
By 2034, experts predict America’s debt could reach $56 TRILLION — or even $60 TRILLION — with annual interest costs between $2 trillion and $2.5 trillion. That level of debt, exceeding 120% of our GDP, has historically led nations to economic collapse.
The Consequences of Inaction
Unchecked debt could lead to hyperinflation, the collapse of the dollar, social unrest, and even the rise of authoritarianism — just as economic collapse in Germany led to the rise of Hitler. Yet, our government continues its unchecked spending, relying on increased taxation as a stopgap.

Who’s Really Paying?
The top 1% of earners pay nearly 46% of total income taxes, while the top 10% pay 76%. Yet, the burden of the national debt ultimately falls on all Americans. If spending continues unchecked, future generations will bear the crushing weight of our financial mismanagement.
A Call to Action
We the People are responsible. We elect the officials who make these fiscal decisions. Without change, the America we know today may become nothing more than a historical footnote.
WAKE UP, AMERICA!
The time to act is now — before it’s too late.
